Integrated Impulse ("we," "us," or "our") is a private internal automation tool used to create and publish short-form video content to our own social media accounts. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the context of our platform integrations, including TikTok and Instagram.
Integrated Impulse is not a consumer-facing application. It does not offer user registration, accounts, or services to the general public.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our publishing pipeline:
- API credentials — OAuth access tokens and account identifiers for our own social media accounts, stored securely on private infrastructure.
- Content data — Scripts, video files, captions, and hashtags generated by our internal systems for publishing to our own accounts.
- Platform analytics — Engagement data (views, likes, shares) pulled from our own account analytics to optimize posting schedules.
We do not collect, store, or process personal data from any third-party users or viewers.
3. How We Use Information
Information collected is used solely to:
- Authenticate with social media platform APIs (TikTok, Instagram)
- Publish video content to our owned accounts
- Retrieve engagement analytics for our own posts to improve scheduling
We do not use any collected information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating our internal publishing pipeline.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. API credentials and content data are stored on private, access-controlled infrastructure and are never transmitted to external services beyond the official APIs of the platforms we publish to (TikTok, Instagram).
5. TikTok API Usage
Integrated Impulse uses the TikTok Content Posting API exclusively to upload and publish videos to our own TikTok accounts. We access only the permissions required for content posting. We do not access follower data, direct messages, or any data belonging to other TikTok users.
TikTok data obtained via the API is used only for its intended purpose (content publishing) and is not retained beyond operational necessity.
6. Instagram / Meta API Usage
Integrated Impulse uses the Instagram Graph API to publish Reels to our own Instagram Business accounts. We access only the permissions required for media publishing. We do not access follower data, messages, or any data belonging to other Instagram users.
7. Data Retention
API tokens are retained only as long as needed to operate the pipeline. Tokens can be revoked at any time through each platform's developer settings. Published content metadata (post IDs, timestamps) is retained for deduplication and scheduling purposes.
8. Security
All credentials and sensitive configuration are stored in environment variables on private, access-controlled servers. We do not commit credentials to version control or expose them in any public-facing system.
9. Children's Privacy
Integrated Impulse does not knowingly collect any information from individuals under the age of 13. Our tool is not directed at children.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
